Cancellation Policy

Adama allows guests to choose between two cancellation policies when booking a property.

Moderate: You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable: This reservation cannot be cancelled or refunded at any time.

Please note that refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process depending on your payment method and financial institution.

* The Cleaning Fee will be refunded for any reservation cancellation, regardless of the cancellation policy.

Security Deposit: A specific amount of security deposit will be transferred in bank transfer or blocked on your credit card prior to your arrival. It will be released up to 5 business days after your check-out date.
